gis/OTB: Script improvements.
Changes: - addition to /etc/profile.d to set OTB_APPLICATION_PATH - disable Monteverdi by default (removes need for qwt) - ability to disable Qt launcher - clarification on optional dependencies Signed-off-by: Benjamin Trigona-Harany <>
