system/qemu-legacy: Removed (useless)
I'm going to drop qemu-legacy. If anyone wants to take it on, they are more than welcome. Without kqemu, it is a little pointless to run this on old hardware though, and I couldn't get kqemu to compile. Signed-off-by: Robby Workman <rworkman@slackbuilds.org>

-# The "handy ruler" below makes it easier to edit a package description.
