Defaults (DEFAULT_{NICK,SERVICE,LANGUAGE,EXPIRATION}[_${SERVICE}]) can be overridden
globally in /etc/wgetpaste.conf or /etc/wgetpaste.d/*.conf or per user in any of
~/.wgetpaste.conf or ~/.wgetpaste.d/*.conf.
