waon (Wave-to-Notes transcriber)

WaoN is a Wave-to-Notes transcriber, that is, the inverse of timidity
by Tuukka Toivonen (and its descendants timidity++). ("WaoN" also has
a meaning of harmony of notes or chord in Japanese!)
