Standalone port of nSide to libretro which is a fork of byuu's higan
that restructures Famicom emulator. This provides the higan_sfc
balanced profile as a libretro core.

To build the debugging symbols use:
  DEBUG=1 ./nSide-libretro.SlackBuild
